Stay on task with Activities and Checklists
Activities can be assigned to other users with a custom checklist of tasks within an activity to break larger task down into digestible chunks. You can set due dates, attach files, and define the level of urgency as well as choosing whether the activity appears in the user's calendar or not.
Activities can also be used to record interactions with contacts and in the same way, you timestamp time/date for the event, categorise it, write a description, attach files, and specify it's level of urgency.

Switch between personal and company calendars
Plan for the weeks ahead with individual calendars where related activities and their key details are displayed. All users also have access to the group company calendar which shows activities on a company-wide scale.

Define custom system permissions
Control the level of access users have to your CRM system with custom Permission Groups. Permission Groups gives you the flexibility to prevent users from performing specific actions within the system (such as deleting important customer records, for example).
You can create and save as many Permission Groups as you need to and easily assign users to them in the User Management area.
